Sanwa Club is the accommodation for visiting supervisors on official business. Ocean View Rooms look out onto the moving and beautiful scenery of the Inland Sea. Sunrise over Innoshima Big Bridge is especially pretty. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped day room with restaurant and bar corner.

Ile verte Sanwa is the dockyard private hotel.
With private guest rooms, sauna and bathroom with views, restaurant, a nice entrance and lobby. This is a place where people related to the ships can stay in real comfort.

Mekari House is the quarters mainly for foreigners. There are 36 rooms providing accommodation for up to 54 people. The dining room annex is equipped with rice cookers and table-top stoves.

Xin Chao Sanwa, completed in March 2007, is the dormitory for Vietnamese trainees. It is in a slightly elevated position. Kitchen facilities are available on the ground floor. Facilities can also be used to cater for larger numbers of offshore visitors.
